Visited the store not long ago and was so impressed from the help by assistant Craig Dargue. Helped with my shopping and pointed me in the direction when asked for certain items. Even brought out a huge tray of potatoes to pick from. Thanks Craig

The strap line used to be 'more reasons to shop at Morrisons' not so much these days. Along with all other food merchants, one constantly feels one is being royally ripped off by an epidemic of shrinkflation and weight confusion ?. Otherwise, this Morrisons is a supermarket, the same as all the other Morrisons.

i use the delivery service but its getting worse.
Substitutes are getting more n more, last lot cost nearly 4 times the original order price and a lot were not even anything like what was ordered

Well laid out supermarket where they don't change the shelves around every 5 minutes to make you search around for what you need to get you to buy something you don't actually need.Best thing is the hot deli counter at 6pm; bargain deals for the next day lunch.Seems to average out as more expensive than Aldi and Lidl, but the selection is broader.My biggest query is why there is never an internet signal until you are right at the checkouts? Anyone else noticed that common issue?

Morrisons has a great selection of food and when you enter you get the great smell of the cafe cooking it's food and it's delicious, then you walk forward to all the fresh fruits and vegetables. There is so much to choose from in this store that you could be in for a long time trying to decide which fresh food you desire ?

Morrisons cafe, Bishop auckland. Never going again. Had to ask for a number for table as they ran out and need a number before you can order on the self service screen, then had to wait quite a while for clean cups. Quite a few of the meals were not available. Meal came and it was cold. Went for another coffee, had to wait again as they had run out of cups again. Poor the previous time I went, hoped it was a one off but apparently not. Actually felt sorry for staff

One of the worst cafes I?ve been to in the chain! No cups available, incompetent checkout operator. Terrible service. Never again!
