Nearly a 15 minute wait in the drive thru that wasn't that busy. Just to recieve stone cold chicken selects and luke was fries. Who knows maybe it was a one off.

First off the girl who served me at the drive through, absolutely disgusting told to put the change in the charity box I watched in my mirror on 3 occasions amd the same girl didn't even put it in the charity box, second the fries are like they have been cooked then stood a while and reheated they were hard and stale and not nice, the burgers are drenched in so much grease there's just no need it's the first mcdonalds I've seen like this and there's no excuse especially not putting the chamge in the charity because you cba to coumt it out you should be ashamed of yourself any FYI I was the silver astra at 04:50 I will be contacting your manager amd making a formal complaint.

Just ordered large bigmac meal. Fries sone cold and burgers luke warm. Not good enough. Only decent thin is the Mcflurry can't make that any colder

Not awarded any stars after what i experienced tonight. I went in to order for 5 people and waited for 40 minutes for the order.
when i got home, just around the corner this store, I started to hand out the food to find some of my order wasn't in the bag. This meant I had to go back and asked for rest of my order. Then I had to wait a further 20 minutes for the rest. Which resulted in the my whole meal being cold and un-enjoyable.
In my opinion this is all caused by the store not having enough staff on shift and the staff that was there just stood and chatted with each other.

Not one I would recommend they miss items off your order and refuse to believe it accusing you of lying staff very rude ordered a happy meal got no fries just nuggets in the box . Not the first time it takes ages to get your food to busy with deliveries

Absolutely disgusting.
The staff member read out our order, yet charged us someone else's order.
They didn't seem to have a clue what they were doing.
No apologies given.
They tried giving us someone else's order until we told them that wasn't ours a few times.

Why is it so hard to just give people what they order? Bacon roll with no sauce arrived as a breakfast roll with brown sauce and pancakes with syrup had no syrup. Every single time without fail, someone ends up disappointed.
