We regular go here not many places left to go for a coffee really disappointed 2nd time in a matter of 4/5 weeks no buns at breakfast time absolutely shocking and they are advertising there new pulled pork sandwiche outside, expected better than this

If you wanna get your shop done early doors, don't bother, aisles are full of stock cages and staff and it's often difficult to get to what you want...Why can't the shelf stocking be done on a night shift like other supermarkets.Other than that everything is spot on.

I made purchases online & yesterday, I returned some of them in a parcel, which I dropped off at the Bishop Auckland store. This evening, I realized I had accidentally included a dress that I'd bought from an M&S store for my granddaughter (it was not an item from the online order, there was no reference included). So I rang Customer Services. I was told that the only way I could be sure of retrieving the dress/getting a refund is IF the store still has the parcel... then I could retrieve the dress. Customer Services could not/would not give me the phone number of the store for me to check if the parcel was still there. The store is an almost 2-hr round-trip from home & I cannot go as I am a Carer (a mum) with responsibilities. There's no way I can go to the store this evening, and I am left unable to contact the store. Customer Services would not pursue this further.No reflection on Bishop Auckland store (which BTW is excellent) but I do expect more from M&S Customer Services...
