I will never use Kwikfit again. You need a real mechanic who will treat you like a human and do their best to help you out if your car fails it's MOT on minor issues like bulb replacement.
They could not even remove a panel to change a bulb as it's Kwikfit policy and they could not do any work that day regardless... read full comment
