Visited here for specific items,long sleeved tee shirt,no joy and the McKenzie brand of sports clothing no joy there either, did purchase a north face t shirt a bit pricey as is most of the sports clothing but quality is first rate.

What a difference this store is in staff to the Darlington branch, there was a lovely young lady, who was welcoming, with good customer service skills. The only downfall was not much womens wear.

Visited this store last week and after reading a review from a while ago I can see nothing has changed or improved staff all standing talking at the front ignoring you was never asked once if I needed any help no customer service here just a bunch of young kids looking a bit like barbie dolls won't be back

Out of town shopping area so free parking, the prices on the sale rails are very good and can get a good bargain. However my grump every visit is the same. Staff standing in a group talking and ignoring customers. Playing loud horrible rap music none stop so can only spend a few minutes in store before have to walk out with a bad head. Best to run in grab what you went for, hope someone is on the till and run out again. Don't worry none of the staff will delay you with a hello or goodbye.One star for sale rail, one for free parking.
