In Halifax today to deposit money, was refused a receipt from the counter told to get one from the machine or check online banking, served by a different lady a week ago and was offered a one, the difference between helpful and non helpful staff ??

Sick to death of going into the branch during my lunchtime (only have 30 mins) to find only one cashier on the counter .I went in today to find a queue of 6 people only 1 cashier, another 3 came and joined the queue behind me. There was a member of staff messing around with the self service machine why on could she not jump on a till to get the queue down , I waited 10 mins and could not wait any longer as I was due back at work which means another visit tomorrow probably to stand in yet another queue.
