Ordered a large order for staff at work £112 order they sent 4 cheese and ham wraps instead of 3 cheese and ham and one American hotshot but won?t replace It as we are wrong as they Apparently had 3 people check the order over and it was correct when it wasn?t so they refused to re send another out attitude of the manager Rory is disgusting!!! Then checked the nachos which was ment to be nachos with cheese but they put jalapeños on them luckily no one is allergic but then argued the toss that we were wrong again when Infact we had the order infront of us he then agreed to send out the nachos but not replace the wrap wouldn?t normally be bothered but there attitude is vile.

Had a long day travelling up from Manchester and staying the night. The top banter and help from Rory and Chris was definitely what was needed after a long day.
Food was unreal!! Thanks again guys really appreciate it ? keep up the amazing work ? ? ?

food was supposed to delivered half an hour ago. I ordered via just eat and it usually takes 12-15 minutes.. I just got my partner to call up and they hadn?t even seen the order and said it would be another half an hour ? I really hope this food comes soon. Don?t get me wrong I?m not going to starve in 30 minutes but I am pregnant and I?m craving dominoes ? please hurry.

I placed the order for collection at 3.45. When I arrived at that time they hadn't even started and mumbled something about a mix- up with the order and then started making them.
When I got them handed to me at 4pm, no word of apology at all and they turned away so I couldn't even say anything at all. Hence putting it on here.
No other customers. They couldn't say they were busy! Very disappointing.

Ordered the Mighty Meat-Decadance Base (which cost and extra £3.50). The base was literally 2 tortilla wraps instead of the 2 thin base as stated online. Chips were cold, very very disappointed and would not recommend

Ordered via UberEats 13th of June 16:58, chased it up via the app after it missed its estimated arrival time for the status to change to out for delivery. Eventually gave up waiting by 19:11 and called the store. I was told the order had been missed so why it was marked as being out for delivery I don't know. A refund was agreed upon which I was advised would take up to 10 days. Called the store again on the 27th 17:13 as there was no refund. Lady on the phone said she'd have to get someone else to look into it and took my details but got nothing back. I essentially just got robbed of £25.47 so don't think I'll be ordering again.

Grabbed the lunchtime deal, and it was pretty good. I rarely have a pizza, but it was very tasty and just a nice snack size. The service was friendly and very quick considering there was only 1 person working.

Received abuse by the delivery driver upon answering the door. "lucky" to get my order according to him. I ordered, paid and it was accepted? Not sure what his problem was. Half of the order was also wrong but after the shoddy attitude from the driver didn't think it was worthwhile contacting then directly. Could use some customer service training.

For Pizza that?s almost £20 each and contains the exact same ingredients of pizzas that are £8each you expect perfection, Every-time.
We ordered two on a hangover Sunday and they Both arrived undercooked, beige looking, floppy and just flat out terrible.
We had to bang them in the air fryer to give them a second chance at life.
Will never order again, overpriced under delivered.

Me and my husband use the app frequently. I placed a large order that was £90, as our oven is broken. The order was Sunday 20th August. The food was to be eaten over 4 days. My husband answered the door and said hello to the delivery driver, he apparently didn't greet my husband back but went on and on in the middle of the street about our £90 order. Saying he was incredibly surprised and "who spends £90 on Domio's". Quite rude, to say the least. We'll be taking a break from here for a long time because of this incident. Food was nice! I'm a big fan of the soy nuggets!

I usually love dominos; but on Friday 4th this store really let the brand down!!!. Furthermore after talking to dominos customer care team; they obviously wanted to lose a customer permanently as they have done nothing to resolve me issue.The incident:. I ordered on the app on Friday 4th and after 15 mins of the order not changing on the pizza tracker I came down to the store to see on the board that it still said prep 8 minutes to go.Upon entering the store I could see there was an issue as the orders board was rammed. There was a staff member eating a customer order in the actual kitchen which is not acceptable under food preparation legislation ; as it contaminated the kitchen.The oven had broken which really wasnt the store fault; however my issue is with how it was dealt with. Firstly they were still accepting orders they knew they couldn't fullfil. They didn't bother ringing to say about the problem which meant I wasted petrol. The staff were eating half the customer orders; I am assuming as the whole order wasn't ready.The colleague on the till couldn't care less when I asked about the refund; just kept saying it will be refunded in 5 days. Still no refund at the moment.Had to pay again and go to spennymore store which took more time and added 9 more miles onto my trip.So I have decided to contact customer care. They bascially apologied for the inconvenience and offered a voucher for a free pizza and dip. But I could only have that or the refund!!!! . It's rediculous why would I now want the voucher when I am not considering ever going to dominos again!. Refund requested apparently it shall take 5 days or I need to contact them again . Rediculous you really have under performed. Hopefully this review will warn others about your customer service if there order goes wrong.Richard
