Absolutely appalling customer service, ordered a skinny latte witch we both stood and watched Bob Cages make with full cream milk, when asked he denies it and said he used skimmed. After sitting down and tasting the latte it was clearly made with full cream. On returning to the counter we were met with a very argumentive team of workers and told they would not make us a skinny latte, we ended up getting a full refund will not be returning, the way we were spoke to is absolutely unacceptable.

Just realised my husband has already reviewed here! Agree with what he?s said. Always get a table, staff often help find a more suitable table as we sometimes have a pushchair with us or need a high chair. Always great customer service by the staff. Not sure of her name but a blonde haired lady is in particular a great asset to the team. Lots of parking, baby changing facilities. Feel very comfortable breast feeding there x

Nice place, come here a lot! Always been able to get a table, usually have a pushchair too and always room.
