Staff close shop for 1 hour most days using a sign on the door, the times vary so you don't know unless you travel there.They claim this is to restock!!!! Usually between 11am and 12noon, not sure the store is sold out EVERY DAY at that time.Staff will not open door for you and leave customers including the elderly waiting outside.Large cues are the normal and staff will not open the second till.Our last visit took 36 minutes to buy bread and bacon, we live 3 minutes from the store!!!Coop sort this out, never had this issue before with a great company!!!

Supposed to have been closed so they could put fresh stock on the shelves. Most of the things I wanted were either out of stock or been damaged in one way or another. Most of the staff are, ironically, very friendly but I suspect the management at this store are taking liberties with customers patience during the current pandemic

True village spirit by staff in what was a beautiful 20 minutes spent in Cockfield this morning. I asked where I could get a cup of tea in the village at 8.45am and after deliberation and telling me I wouldn't pass for what I'm told is a strict 'Granny Wednesday' at the tea shop, they offered to make me one as it was quiet due to school drop off. The croissant I bought went down all the better! I already liked the Co-op brand but even more so now! Thank you to K&K!
