I always have got balloons her and cards and candles also banners and toys last year I got a spider man balloon a really big one and a lol doll I loved them this year I got a Disney Winnie the Pooh and tigger balloon and a lol doll balloon that has a hole in it keeps going down I got these for my birthday but upset the lol balloon is going down all the time it?s almost flat my birthday was Saturday today is Monday but I still like there balloons

It was a pleasure this morning (09:15hrs 28/06/23) to find an excellent helpful member of staff at a retail outlet. This was a prime example of what customer service is all about, I was looking for money wallets and when enquiring at the checkout was taken by the assistant to the location of the wallets and she went the extra mile by helping me in their selection. No more Moonpig, it's the Card Factory in future.

Pleasant little shop,friendly staff and prices arent bad at all. Clean and hand gels available on entry.

The shop are regulating the amount of customers they are allowing into the store at this time however because of the time of year it is everyone tends to be using the same aisle for Christmas cards. The only way I could think for them to reduce the amount of people in the aisles is to maybe serperate cards for makes and females into serperate aisles
