Having phone yesterday about an item exchange i was met today by Jack whom i spoke to. Have to report that i was dealt with in a very professional way. Jack was polite and very knowlegable. Cant praise him enough for his customer service, well done.

I dont even want to put 1 star I'm actually mortified at how bad it is I bought a cooker to be delivered and they didn't update the system and left my cooker behind and said I'd have to wait even longer for it even when I said I have no cooker at all. And don't even get me started on that bloody robot answering thing I swear to god she doesn't understand a word you say.

Order turned up with an item missing phoned up and told it was on its way ,turned up following day in a plastic bag with sainsburys written allover it 100 xmas baubles box most of baubles loose because hadn't been handled well resulting in plastic box trashed luckily baubles not broken but suffice to say not happy ,staff on phone very helpful all to do with delivery side .

Today at the Bishop Auckland branch of Argos I went to collect my item which I ordered on line. When I went to retrieve my E Mail I couldn?t find it. The young boy at the counter talked me through how I could retrieve my order. Even though there was a queue he was very patient and would like to say he is a credit to your team.

Rude staff. We were handed our product which was faulty and asked if they could exchange for be snapped at my the ginger girl (with the terrible fake tanned hands) behind the counter saying NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS.whilst I thought it was rude her colleague was also having an argument with an OAP customer.I would happily accept that there are no refunds if there were some manners thrown my way. These guys need a lesson in customer service.

Never enough staff and always when it's busy they have one person serving and giving customers the items and alway stand at door talking and ignore customers

A good idea to have a computerised, online, product search facility at the shop because you can never find any staff.
