Superb branch & brilliant staff.
Had a problem regarding the banking app on new phone, 5 minutes later all sorted. Hope this bank stays in billingham unlike the other one's that closed.

Outstanding service this morning from Sharon Hillerby, after my wife came to the branch to deposit some cash. My wife had allergic dermatitis on her hands, so the rigmarole of using the cash machine would have been very painful. Sharon immediately helped her with taking the cash over the counter, without question. She was kind and attentive and made my wife feel like a valued customer. This is why branches and actual humans are required in life. Well done TSB for such service excellence, and for understanding that not everything can be done electronically.

The staff are so friendly & helpful. They have been fantastic with sorting out LPOA on my uncles account so I decided to change my bank to here. Everything was done & sorted within a week or so. I couldn't thank them enough. What fantastic staff & manager who is always around helping out. Never ever seen a bank manager on the shop floor greeting customers!!
