Superb branch & brilliant staff. Had a problem regarding the banking app on new phone, 5 minutes later all sorted. Hope this bank stays in billingham unlike the other one's that closed.

Outstanding service this morning from Sharon Hillerby, after my wife came to the branch to deposit some cash. My wife had allergic dermatitis on her hands, so the rigmarole of using the cash machine would have been very painful. The staff are so friendly & helpful. They have been fantastic with sorting out LPOA on my uncles account so I decided to change my bank to here. Everything was done & sorted within a week or so.
