Very busy but relaxing, food disappointing as we both had mince and dumplings and the dumplings were stale mentioned to the waitress and she said she would tell the kitchen but got no feedback or apology

Ohhhhh my god 4 of us all had parmo in different venues from cheap to expensive ,but the merlin has knocked spots of every where truly amazing, you must come ,other food coming out looked beautiful ?

The food and service are excellent!

Unfortunately didn't try the food, barstaff were dreadful if you could find one, and most of the customers were ramming Friskie powder up their snouts. Will stop at home next time.

Booked beforehand for 6 people for a birthday lunch
Need to order at bar
Plenty of alcoholic drinks to choose from
Menu is varied and caters for most needs
Food arrived for all of us at the same time, well prepared and presented
We all had different dishes from the menu and everyone was extremely happy with the food
The staff are fantastic and couldn't do more for us
Definitely worth visiting

Food was spot on, opted for the plain half parmo which was more than enough, large portion and good quality food. Highly recommend.

Went last Wednesday - we booked a table for 7 pm when we arrived we were told it would be at least an hour for our food!! Apparently because the weather was good people sitting outside (who hadn?t booked) were ordering food thus creating a big backlog in the kitchen.
Can?t fault the food or the ladies serving but they really need to sort this out because there?s absolutely no point booking a table inside when it?s busy outside.
