Great pizza Great value Great service

Staff at counter had no manners, there was no please and no thank you, when approached bar to order food young lady looked at me and said 'yes' I assumed that meant can I help you? Service was fast, pub atmosphere was good, food good value for money tasted good. Table we ate from was sticky. Didn't stay long.

Popped along as a different place to eat from the usual places we visit, food was very nice and fast service. Staff were lovely and good range of food and drink options

Our 2nd visit to this Excellent pub, they do 2 for £15 even on a Friday night where lots of pubs are Monday to Thursday only. They have 3 or 4 flavour thatchers on draught that I can't find anywhere else. Warm and welcoming. As a party of 4 we sat in the corner out the way and ordered food and a couple of drinks.... Very reasonable prices. The lad came over 20mins ahead of time to let us know the child in the group had to leave so no rushing about. Definitely somewhere we will be returning to. I would say the car park seems small for the size of the pub and you would expect parking issues but we have never had a problem getting parked.

Loverly pub. Pizza is great and freshly made, also a good price for what you get. The staff are friendly and quick service when ever I have been in. My 2 girls love playing in the new play area, the pub now has a big family focus, which is great.

Had a lovely meal here! The waitress Georgia was really friendly and helpful! Katsu curry was gorgeous! Bar staff were really knowledgeable and efficient!

Prices now for drinks is expensive compared to other pubs in Billingham. The service is now poor, especially when ordering on the App.
Where pay for it on the App you have to go looking for where your drinks or food are. And also lets you pay for drinks that are not in stock, but no one comes and tells you or apologises.
Level of service has gone right down the hill since it?s been done up.
Won?t be returning unless the prices are reduced and service is improved
