“Boyes is always a revelation. Whatever you need, even the most strange things you think noone will ever stock, you are likely to find in Boyes. It's a great shop, lovely staff , stocked with the most eclectic mix. Don't forget to look in there for perfumes and clothes either. You might find a gorgeous coat or two as well as many other items for all ages. For those who like a name tag, they do sell named brands. Its a shame they don't have their furniture department open down stairs anymore. They sold beautiful quality items of which I have bought many, and again if you need an unusual 4ft mattress as I did, you will find it in Boyes. Will never forget the lovely chap who worked there years ago. He actually brought round to my house a refund as some things I'd purchased had been reduced after I bought them and they also honoured that for me too. Integrity like that is hard to find in the cut throat world of retail and I will always remember that man and be forever grateful. I love shopping in Boyes, whether its simply for colouring pads & pens for the kids, candles or a new duvet and sheets or a quirky new dinner service. Please don't ever close Boyes, it would be a gaping hole in the high street.”

“Im not sure which lady i spoke to, but within 5 minutes of explaining about a faulty item and how i was treat at the Middlesborough sainsburys location, she not only booked a collection for the faulty item but also issued the refund.Not to mention she was very kind and understanding throughout the phone call.If you are going to use Argos's services, i highly advise using this location over the middlesbrough sainsburys one as the staff at this location actually help you and speak to you like another human.Great customer service.”
