I ordered 3 items via Just Eat and one of the trad pasties was missing when it arrived. All I wanted was for them to deliver the missing item, but instead I was only offered a refund by Just Eat. Cooplands (who's food I love) said they packed two pasties in the paper bag, but when it arrived the bag was stapled and looked untampered with. So where did the pasty go!!!??? I've literally paid £9 for a pasty and a drink to be delivered. I'd like my missing pasty please without having to pay £5 for delivery again. Not at all happy as I love Cooplands food, but now I only received half my lunch and feel thoroughly ripped off - and hungry.
