First time going there for breakfast the eggs were not cooked properly and hash browns were soggy won?t be going again

My friend and I visited John Whitehead cafe on Wednesday 23rd July.
My friend had the breakfast and I had the vegetarian breakfast.
The breakfasts were very tasty,presented well. They were not greasy and the portion size was perfect. Nice and hot and freshly cooked from scratch.
The black coffee and decaff latte where also perfect.
The staff in the cafe very nice and helpful. Prompt service and where asked if everything alright. Which it was. We would definitely recommend this lovely community cafe.

Food is gorgeous and the drinks so much variety on the menu and the park is so handy for me as a mother of 2
I'm very happy my double pram fits in the door and I sometimes go with my stepmum and Bella (dog)

Afternoon tea was set out beautifully with so many delicious treats so much to eat that we were able to take plenty home. Staff were attentive and pleasant. Will definitely be back and will be telling everyone about this gem of a cafe

Very friendly staff and excellent service and food. Always loads for your money and some. Thoroughly recommend to increase your waist size lol.

The attention to detail for the afternoon tea was impeccable

Lovely reasonably priced café, friendly staff and also dog friendly.

This cafe/hub is a great place for people to meet, being in the park it's nice to walk around as well.
The staff are really friendly & with places for children to play right outside the door it's ideal.
Kid-friendliness: This is a sponsored cafe who cater for all but kids can go & play inside, there's toys, books etc & council organised events.

It's very nice, very handy, it use t be the tea rooms back in the day, now a nice purpose built cafe in the park.
