Upon realising I required advice on my pension and other potential investments (in 2017), I decided to speak to James Downing at Broadgate Financial Management. He was extremely helpful, detailed all the stages of the advice process and suggested I come in for a full financial review to understand my circumstances. During the review, James ran through a number of things from my current income/expenditure to my attitude to risk and capacity for loss, then clearly explained what the suggested outcome was for my finances. He offered me the option of either an ad hoc advice process, or an ongoing advice process - I chose the latter. As a result of this I can speak to James whenever I have any queries about my finances or have a change in my circumstances. I also receive annual reviews, information on how my portfolio is performing and more frequent (quarterly) market updates. Since investing my money with James I have increased the amount in my pension (by way of growth) and have reviewed my circumstances twice. I would not be in the position I was without James and his services and can highly recommend him to anyone who requires a competent and extremely helpful financial adviser. Thank you James!!
