Brought a radio off eBay, and it arrived faulty. Backlight didn't work. This company is really difficult to get hold of on the phone, and it took several attempts. I was told that I would have a return label emailed to me. This didn't happen, so I had to phone them again to chase up, and it was again difficult to get someone to answer the phone. I'm certain that my next problems will to get them to send a replacement and to get my postage refunded. I would not order from this company again.

I have tried on multiple occasions to leave a product review on their website but perhaps because it's not full of praise (for the G1 Aspire DAB radio) they have decided not to post it.

When my £300 sony Soundbar just stopped working. I needed a replacement Soundbar. So I looked at price. reviews. & affordability. Plus if my expensive one stopped working why would I waste another£300or more for the same Thing to happen. So I went searching for a cheaper Soundbar. But when I seen this azatom studio UHD2 Soundbar for a super price but!! 180watts made in UK so after loads of searching I read all reviews of all different makes this one grabbed my attention so I took the risk but omg how good was this Soundbar. Way suppased my expectations. Wowits so good good clear crisp sound you would expect from alot more expensive makes best thing I ever did we love it so I'm definitely go purchase more products from this company thank you azatom

I love these little speakers. The Active X1's produce a nice quality sound that impressed me and at a great offer price. The build quality feels reassuringly robust and will hopefully stand the test of time. The bluetooth connected easily and was stable. The multiple connectivity options are a real bonus as is the three year warranty. Recommended to anyone looking for an inexpensive great sounding portable mini-speaker.

I own a Multiplex D1 product. However customer care doesn?t have any integrity or humility for the customers. A free pair of headphones was offered along with 1yr extended warranty registration, where they asked me to fill a form. After few months I didn?t hear from them. Emailed them back after 6 months , no reply to email.Recently the product have issues with Bluetooth. Initially they told as its 1 year warranty finished I have pay for the repair if needed and postal charge. When I mentioned about my extended warranty they said ok, we will send you a returns form and will repair or replace the device. I asked about the free headphones offer, even though I am queuing it almost after a year. His reply was that offer is no longer available. So how about the email you send me offering a free pair headphone which I did chase up and got no where. He wasn?t even bothered to apologise for the inconvenience caused. It made me sounded as a hypocrite asking about a free headphones after 1yr. My intention was not to get a headphones just to see whether they will acknowledge their faulty system and unfulfilling free promises. Company?s should train their team to speak with humility & integrity.When I bought the product I gave a great review of the product, which helped 42 other customers who were looking to buy the same product. Now I chewed my review to 1star due to an irresponsible customer care executive.

Ive owned this Azatom for over one year and battery is still holding up like from new. Excellent quality, personally I think its as good as, or even better than some of the top brands.
