I visited the Argos store in billingham yesterday and, unfortunately, had a very disappointing experience with their customer service. From the moment I approached the counter, I felt ignored and undervalued as a customer.
The staff member attending to me was more engaged in a personal conversation with her colleague than in helping me. I had to wait there until she finished talked with her colleagues. It was clear that customer service was not her priority at that moment, which left me feeling frustrated and disrespected.
As a customer, I expect to be treated with basic respect and attentiveness, especially when visiting a reputed retailer like Argos. This experience has made me reconsider visiting this particular branch again.

Came today to return a gaming chair that was too lowAfter putting the stand on we could not get it off so we're unable to put it correctly in the boxWas then told by management (Pauline) that we could not have a refund as it is used condition! Explained it was not used just set up and not appropriate she then stated the once this had been assembled you could not return it(Does not mention this in the description) after going round in circles and finding proof that it is ment to come back apart she shot the packaging to one side and issued the entitled refundWas just very rude and arrogant from the moment we walked in

Im not sure which lady i spoke to, but within 5 minutes of explaining about a faulty item and how i was treat at the Middlesborough sainsburys location, she not only booked a collection for the faulty item but also issued the refund.Not to mention she was very kind and understanding throughout the phone call.If you are going to use Argos's services, i highly advise using this location over the middlesbrough sainsburys one as the staff at this location actually help you and speak to you like another human.Great customer service.

Visited your billingham store today to collect a tv. I had my little boy with me is autistic. I just want to say what a lovely lady Mel in the store was. She could tell I had my hands full with my little boy and came over and offered to carry the tv out to the car for me and put it in my boot. She really went out of her way today to help me and can?t thank her enough
