I visit Saks regularly, Andrew is marvelous with my difficult hair, double crown, cow licks and frizz and he keeps my hair healthy and looking good. In 2021 in an effort to control the Frizz, Andrew and Jess suggested I try the 72 hair smoothing system, I was sceptical at first but it really works well, the first application in August 2021 lasted for ages and did control the frizz, it tamed it into waves rather than something resembling candy floss. I have just had my second application and I am delighted with the result, brilliant once again, thank you.Service: Hairstyling

The girls work hard to please but the place seems in need of a facelift and does not have that extra bit of wow. Overall there is sense of a sausage factory and lacks that sense of special care. Floor sweeping needs improvement.
