Just as I had a wining bid and all of a sudden my details are not correct after I had 4 bids already.This is 15 minutes before the auction ends.Very bad experience.Do not even waste your time with this company.

The concept of a dedicated progression team, is something we have not experienced before and works extremely well. All of the staff we dealt with were professional, helpful and friendly. The whole experience was positive and would not hesitate to use GSC Grays in the future, thank you.

Disappointing experience. Catherine came to value our property, didn't seem particularly interested in our property and its potential. Said she would come back to us with a valuation when she returned to the office, however when she did get back to us she told us we would have to wait a week as she was going on annual leave! When she did eventually get back to us she valued it at £190,000 less than another estate agent in the area?! Very poor experience.

Answered the phone promptly and courteously but could not help as once again the landlord would not accept one well behaved dog. Sadly this is the norm wherever I ring.

I have just purchased a house marketed by GSC Grays.. The whole process was made very easy by the excellent staff in their Barnard Castle office. They kept me fully informed at each stage and I would thoroughly recommend them.

Just sold our property and it was 5 stars all the way until our moving day. I had moved 90% of our stuff out the day before due to me been away with work on the final day so my heavily pregnant wife just had a few small bits to clear up. She had requested specifically for the keys not to be handed over until 3pm as we had a cleaner coming over at 1pm to clean for 2 hours ready for the new owner. My wife left the house at 12pm for some lunch and returned half an hour later to find the new owner and several family members in the house with some of our stuff and paperwork still present and the money for the sale not in our account which didn't until about 4pm and the cleaner hadn't even arrived yet. My wife broke down in tears as she wanted the house fully cleaned and ready for the new owner even though they were not bothered and were fine about it my wife's simple request was ignored.

GSC Grays have managed our rental property for nearly 5 years and have recently just acted as our estate agents in selling it. Throughout our dealings with them the whole team have been excellent and very professional. Nothing is too much trouble to sort out and we would highly recommend using their services. We would not hesitate to use them again in the future whether as a landlord or when selling a property.

Listing properties of non standard construction and not notifying the buyer is a shockingly bad way to do business. Its deceptive, time wasting for all parties and costly. I would have more honest information and protection buying a toaster than buying a house through GSC
