Popped in for a meal and had a fabulous hunters chicken for me and lamb shank for my partner. Couldn't fault any part of the visit, thoroughly recommend this place.

The roast on a Sunday is outstanding. Beautiful food and value for money. We will be retuning. It?s also a lovely pub with great staff.

This was once a really lovely village pub. Two bars and plenty of atmosphere, now it's nothing really, it resembles more of a holiday camp bar. A good place destroyed.
Thanks for your reply, no it's not rose tinted anything, I grew up there in the 60s onwards, the white hart was my local for years. Not your fault someone else destroyed it.

Lovely way to spend our anniversary, the landlady and staff were all very friendly, food very tasty and served hot ,this a what all pubs should be like a good village pub with a great community spirit ,we would highly recommend this pub and will visit again when in the area.
