Amazing restaurant staff and service - special thanks to Kian for his help via the telephone on Tuesday and to all the restaurant staff - and the manager - on Wednesday afternoon. Despite a very slight hiccup we had a lovely cream tea to celebrate a birthday.We really appreciated the service . With our thanks, Table 47.

A member of staff could see I was struggling with walking, with my walking stick, as the entrance was further than I thought. He asked me if I wanted a wheelchair and then kindly got one for me. It made going around the store much easier and we stopped for a lovely cake and coffee. Thank you!

A lovely garden centre. The plants are nice and healthy. Lots of choice and a friendly team. While I was choosing a plant, one of the staff had some good suggestions. I am very happy with what I bought.

Serving staff ignored table. Order took 25 minutes for 3 sandwiches. Overpriced for how much was given. Incompetent overall.

Nice atmosphere and selection of cakes. £3.99 for a slice of bread pudding is extortionate though.Good system of table allocation. Reserved means you can use once you've ordered. Negates those that hog tables before ordering - like putting your towel on a sunbed to reserve! Pleasant, hard working staff. Will try the £9.99 full vegetarian breakfast next time but there was a 45 minute delay due to how busy it was at 1045 on a Friday. Choose your time wisely to avoid crowds.

Went for coffee and cake at 11.15. Manic - no free tables except those with a Reserved tag. Why are they reserved when people need that space waiting with trays? Eventually after a 15 minute (far too long) wait in the queue, we managed to grab one being cleared. People behind us complaining to staff that they had been waiting for 40 mins for breakfast! Not impressive and certainly won?t be coming for a breakfast here.

Think it's ridiculous set up especially for disabled , parking for disabled in front of store a complete waste of time ! When the entrance is way at the back . We would have bought more but too far for myself to walk back outside . And for my 89 year old father !!!!
