All the staffs there are so friendly and tends to any individual need graciously but not her. The following detail might look just like ?A storm in a coffee cup? to you. I?m firmly believe that any successful business factors will always want to be ahead of the curve with the right customer services.
I am always bringing my thermal cup for my favourite flat white. And I also knew that there will be a triple shot of coffee in it Which will making me a bit jittery hence I am always asking for a bit more hot milk on mine.
Every bouts of my visit on this branch ,they all knows my favourite by heart, not even need to ask. On my visit today with this female staff, I specifically politely asked her the same manner of making.
Theoretically speaking,I could be wrong from her training. Her foul response was ricocheting me with a lecture of how to make flat white ,plus she said she?ll be told off if she?s giving me more milk. I don?t mind to pay for extra drop of milk but she didn?t mention it.
All she?s done was turn to be stern and rudely blank me by turning her back to me without any further rectification..The magnitude of her acts made me stunned and walked out. Few minutes passed, then I just can?t drink that coffee. I need to walk back into the shop again. I politely asked her for more milk again then she?s not only refuse to my need but also turn her back to me again by rallying the other staff next to her declaring her raucous victory over the customer!,, By asking the other staff whether her wrong or right! Talking about me within my earshot.
If you can see from your cctv , she deliberately ignored me without rectifying nor mediating the incident. I am their very local and also been there nearly on a daily visit. Gobsmacking by being blatantly ignored and not being treated as a customer at all. In the end, I decided to walk out and stay away from this shoddy service. I just need to reassure you that I won?t be back to patronising any things from this Wimborne branch again.

By far the worst coffee ever! I asked for a coffee/chocolate frappe and after waiting for a long time, surprise! They gave me a coffee without coffee! I'm back and say to a nice lady, oh sorry did you add coffee, she apologized and said no worries my colleague will make another one. Waiting again... And here I am with my second drink, this time they added an insane amount of instant coffee, but without any stabilizer!!! Which ended up just milk, a bit of chocolate and tons of instant coffee (disgusting). So I wasted my time and money as the drink went straight to the bin!!! ?

Useless staff on Sunday. Coffees not hot enough at 52 degrees instead of 60 degrees. Replacements still only 54 degrees. In urgent need of staff training as not good enough.

Went here to grab a couple of takeaway frappés. I understand the staff were under pressure, but it took an exceptionally long time to get our drinks, with them forgetting that we had ordered and serving other people behind us in the queue first. Not okay.

Absolutely brilliant service from the Gent and two young ladies working in the store at lunchtime on the 11th September, The place was packed with the lunchtime rush but they still managed to deliver the best service we have received at a Costa.
There really wasn't a need to apologise for the wait guys.
The team deserve recognition for their work.

Big shoutout to the team working Saturdays especially the lovely lady that served and helped with my dairy allergy. She followed every procedure and protocol ensuring I was happy and comfortable whilst she was making my drink. The gentleman that took my order showed me the allergy book to make sure I was happy with my order and the whole team made me feel happy and safe with my order and dairy allergy which I am yet to receive at any other Costa.
