Terrible sevice.no customer relations. Seem more intetested talking to each other.hope new owners do some staff training or close the store

I visited the store yesterday looking for a football annual. The store had numerous empty shelves, no staff and poorly lit. It was so depleted that it looked as though it was closing down. The stairs leading to the upper floor were filthy. Such a sad situation. Ps I found the book in another store.
