Recently started using this pharmacy and I'm very happy with the service. I asked if it would be possible to have my tablets cut in half and for them to be put in a twist cap/top as the bottles they come in are very awkward to open. I also lose a lot of the tablet as it can crumble when cutting. (I have to halve the tablet to take a lower dose). My first order arrived today and I'm pleased to say my request was fulfilled. Very impressed, keep up the good work Well Pharmacy, oh and thank you! *****

Pleased with the service from the this team, regularly going there to pick up my repeat prescriptions, they send text message when they ready for collection...Last time 24 hours BP monitor was requested, Josh and Gabriella explained in details how the machine works. They always friendly and helpful, good customer service, much appreciated.

Pretty standard pharmacy, staff always polite and helpful. Not an enormous amount of stock as it is quite small, relative to some other outlets.

Staff can't cope. Filing system doesn't work leading to lost prescriptions and the older lady counter assistance was clearly too flustered and making constant mistakes with an ever growing queue of people filling the shop. Somehow made to feel that this was my mistake when meds were missing.
Never answer their phone either.
Will be changing my pharmacy after this.

Scarily bad. Phones haven't worked for days on end, shutters wouldn't go up so they couldn't receive their order, orders not placed correctly for urgently needed medication on the susyem. Seriously under resourced and not fit to be a pharmacy. Staff are very kind, but clearly unable to safely conduct their jobs. Avoid at all costs.
