Absolutely shocking. Initially called the Pharmacy to check stock availability and advice. Was told they had 5 different products for the same thing and would be a long conversation! My question was ?what as the strongest cream for burnt lips?. Was not helpful. I did go into the Pharmacy as it is the closest to me and needed a lip treatment before starting work. On arrival there was a few customer looking around and two standing behind me in the queue. I asked the staff member the same question ( same question on the phone ) and she didn?t know - so the Pharmacist was asked. There was a male and female behind the pharmacist counter. The female pharmacist shouted ( from about 5 foot way) - no consideration for privacy or the fact I was embarrassed- continued to shout recommendations and said ?I am already using that product?. The pharmacist then responded - shouting ?well if you are using it why are you here?? I responded ? because I have run out and want to see if there was something better I could be using?. She then made a few inaudible comments. I can not believe that the pharmacist believe that is an appropriate manner to conduct herself - especially after the training they receive! I would avoid any embarrassment and use another service somewhere else until these people get their act together. Look up ?Respect? and ?Dignity? !!

I was stood behind a young lady today in line. She had a lanyard and a wrist band that said deaf, and hearing impaired.
The assistant that came to serve this young lady was so flippant and uninterested that not once did she look at her customer when serving her. She was short, blunt, and borderline rude.
When the young lady asked the assistant to repeat herself, she still wouldn?t even look at her, she just shouted.
At any point if the assistant even bothered to look at the person she?s being paid to help, she?d have seen the lanyard or wrist band.
Not once did she look at her, say please, thank you, enjoy your day? nothing.
I walked out, I will never be going back there.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Chris and his team are absolutely amazing. I used to be so anxious going to to pharmacies until I found here. All the staff are fantastic and kind and caring and most of all they are understanding. Thank you

awful. all pharmacies seem as bad. no customer service no matter how many staff. absolute joke. it's like they're designed to increase anxiety and misery. got banned for politely pointing this out.

As It's my new local Pharmacy and on visiting a few times now ! I can only say the staff have always been clearly spoken and always helpful. Well stocked shelf's for other bits and bobs. So I'm going to say amazing as and I highly recommend for the locals & others who need a pharmacy

I've moved chemists, fed up with not receiving texts about my repeat prescriptions, then getting lied to about why prescriptions arent ready, there's one lovely member of staff I cant fault but the rest dont get me started. Do yourself a favour, go to one in town

For a pharmacy, it's atrocious, the place is understaffed, or run by people who don't know how to. When I went in there was a queue of about 10 people, one woman was making up orders, one was in the back doing god knows what, then the other woman when she decided to appear, served on person then decided to start cashing up the money in the till, the queue still getting bigger, then she decided to disappear to the back and not come back. Ten minutes later my order arrived and she still hadn't come back, won't go back there again.
