Love the place, Quality of clothes is amazing - some of my favorite clothes are from this store. However, my visit today was not very pleasant. There was a lady with the long brown hair (didnt have badge or anything you could see her name) smelled of alcohol. I dont find it acceptable to smell of alcohol, even worse if that is in the morning! First impression is very important.

Love the clothing, which is why over the years must have spent thousands. And generally the customer service is good. But after a recent trip shocked how badly the customer experience went. In short the assistant (possibly stand in manager) was not interesting in resolving an issue, more quoting t+c's, and not de-escalating the situation. I did not felt listened to and a gift bought for me was not exchanged for something that was the right size. If you like weird fish buy the clothing, but make sure it's the right size as returning for an exchange of size is not made easy. Im hoping a email to head office might mean better instore training is giving so this does not happen to someone else.

Staff Looked at us as we were going to steal something, gave us bad looks, wanted to buy something but didn?t as the stares I was getting from the employees was unpleasant
