Booked a holiday in May at the Weymouth TUI branch and was very impressed with the service we received. Nicky helped us with our booking and was excellent from start to finish. She advised us on all our options and also got us a good discount on the price. I wouldn?t hesitate to to recommend Nicky and the team at the Weymouth branch ?

I can't praise the Weymouth branch of TUI enough. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. Nikki helped us with a large group booking and she made it such a seamless straightforward process and knew so much about the location. This is exactly how a holiday store should be, the staff really are experts.

I can not recommend TUI Weymouth enough! Laura booked our very first cruise, we were a bit apprehensive about a cruise but it was fantastic! Laura was always on hand to ask any questions we had (and we had many!). Thank you again Laura, our trip was amazing and we made lots of happy memories!

Was my first time booking a packaged holiday and Dayla was amazing from the start of the process to the end. Dayla was very patient and thorough sorting our holiday to The Canaries. Giving us lots of information, showing on Google maps so we could see the area where the hotel is located. Checked flights and airports - Bournemouth initially not listed but she knew it was an option so looked into it further which was really helpful.

Very happy with the service we received at Tui in Weymouth. Dayla guided us though lots of options and helped us choosing a final three. after a coffee we went back and chose our favourite. The staff in this branch of TUI offer customer service at its very best. We had a family holiday booked to Rhodes and it was cancelled three days before departure due to the wildfires. Lucy and Ashleigh went above and beyond to help us deal with the cancellation and offered us alternatives. Each time we visited the shop, they kindly engaged with our children and put our interests at the heart of everything they did. They really do put the customer first, both face to face and on the telephone they are consummate professionals.
