I was verbally abused and emotionally abused by a member of staff in Weymouth store a woman in her 60s served me and become aggressive for no reason while she was serving me . I told another member of staff who said oh that?s such and such she does this all the time . I?m left feeling very uncomfortable about why she is allowed to do this . I?m left in shock and I feel very upset and really bothered by the situation. Had this happened to anyone else . Told to be quiet over and over again and to the fact they were down changing me by over £20.00 when I tried to tell them calmly they literally lost there temper with me . Very nervous lady here who doesn?t say much feel I?ve been abused .

Went in the Weymouth shop and saw a spray product, we sprayed it a very little and a worker get very heated and told me that we have to buy it and was very aggressive towards us, keeping and eye on me and my partner to make sure we brought it, felt very rude and disrespectful, I did not catch the name tag but it was a tallish, blonde woman, long wavy hair and a very disrespectful demeanour

Ruined a Christmas present.
My partner bought me Star Wars Villainous board game from this place just before Christmas. A brand new, on the shelf, sealed box.... and its missing the fate cards and tokens.
Really not impressed.
What's been learnt, however is a brand new and sealed item at TKMAX means nothing.

If you're looking for a cheap day out in Exeter, then this is the place to go. You get free parking outside for about 2 hours providing you remember to validate your ticke. Inside TK. Maxx. You've got everything that you never really thought you wanted, but maybe could find a use for. I recommend everything.

Very Disturbed by number of Product Recalls especially the attached one......supplying controlled "prescription only" substances as a kiddies sweet!!!!. On mentioning to staff member the company line seems to be "Not our responsibility! It's down to the supplier" NO IT IS NOT.....it's the retailers responsibility to vet and test and to supply safe goods.
