Was having issues with a new SIM card. Had spent some hours on phone to Three Online but no joy. Went into the shop and they replaced the card straight away and even initialised the card for me. Great service.

Never see anyone in this three shop when I pass by and can see why, put £20 on a new three sim to watch the grand prix than check my allowance and was told I don't have any so I miss the grand prix. There is no customer help line to speak to someone, won't never have any more to do with three again. Can See why the EE store is always busy

We have 4 mobile lines with this company and since the 20 of October we don?t have signal or internet and we have talked with costumer service several times, even gone to the store and all they say is that the can see there is an issue in the area and it will be fixed soon.We work from home and we need the internet and we are paying for a service we are not having and losing even more money because we can?t workI really don?t understand how a phone company can be 2 weeks without signal or internet and not fix it quicker or give a refund for 2 weeks of not been able do use what you are been paying for.

Just taken contract with 3 mobile phones cannot do system update without WiFi or set up phone, wasn't told this in shop (WIFI COSTS EXTRA ON TOP OF MONTHLY BILL)This is a blatant rip off 3 mobile have become nothing more than a bunch of con artists,I would advise people not to use this company, or be very weary of taking out a contract....how many people are getting conned???? I wonder????

What these guys don't know about mobiles isn't worth knowing! I wanted a new phone for my son, there is no hard sell, they listen to what the costumer wants. The team work together to ensure the costumer leaves with the right phone and data. Very helpful!
