If it wasn't for my son wanting a subway, I would have left. There was one person serving, and although I was waiting, as soon as a delivery came in, I had to quit until it was dealt with. If delivery is that important to you, why don't you have a person who deals with delivery and on e for the public. I was already in the store when the delivery person came in, so why did I have to wait? I WILL NOT BE USING SUBWAY EVER AGAIN.

Not a lot to say, they delivered what was expected of them from this sort of place. The only thing I would say is that service could be a little speedier but I think the chap was on his own.

here on holiday and typing this review as i am stood in line. however i am the first one in line but they are too focused on online delivery orders,i just ordered my food and ny step dad went to say his order but he got cut off by the staff member to say that they are just going to do another delivery order before his. bare in mind i?ve already been stood waiting second in line to someone else who was also waiting for 10/15 mins before. my step dad explained he is here with me but still was told he can?t order whilst they make the delivery orders. really bad service to be honest. the staff are friendly and kind but need more of them! whole visit start to finish : walked in : 2:50 left at: 3:20

There was only one staff working at a time when we arrived and there were lots of online orders dropping in and huge queue but she stood strong and served everything quickly as possible and while doing so she made smalls talks with customers which felt good and welcoming.

they have forgotten our cheese every single time, but the subs were good! wouldn?t recommend this location if you actually want your cheese!

Can't tell you what the food is like because we've been stood waiting to place an order for 45 minutes, watching the one member of staff, doing nothing but door dash orders!!! Just watched two people give up and walk out!! If this wasn't for our granddaughter, we would've also left by now!! Ridiculous!! Edit - we gave up and left!! Even the door dasher gave up on waiting for an order and left empty handed!! The shop is empty!!

Had a very nice welcome, I was served very quickly and the two servers was the best experience I have had at Subway in weymouth, 8 should of asked their names to make sure they get a well done.
