Went in to Weymouth Specsavers for Minor Eye Care appointment after being passed on to them by the Bournemouth eye hospital and Community Health Eye Care service.. The Weymouth Specsavers team were friendly, helpful, professional and efficient. I was very impressed with the service. I would definitely consider using Weymouth Specsavers if I was looking to change from my usual opticians.

I had such a fantastic experience at my recent optician appointment! From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive. The optician took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, explained every step of the eye exam clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout. The whole process was thorough yet efficient, and I never felt rushed.
What really stood out was the attention to detail and genuine care ? I left feeling confident that my vision had been properly looked after. The selection of frames was excellent, and the team gave honest, helpful advice that made choosing new glasses an easy and enjoyable process.
I can?t recommend this practice enough. Professional, friendly, and trustworthy ? exactly what you want when it comes to your eye health!

I had a wonderful experience at weymouth specsavers today at 4:30, I forgot the young ladies name but she was a audiologist, she asked how my day has been and was interested in a nice conversation to relax me before we got started, she cleaned the apparatus and her hands thoroughly and explained everything so clearly, she was so friendly and I felt so comfortable in the room, very nice lady

I?ve lost a pair of prescription sunglasses so went into my local Weymouth Specsavers where they were bought, hoping to replace. I asked the girl
On the till if she could identify the ones I had bought, she had a look then said she couldn? t work it out and turned to serve someone else. I spent some time choosing some frames, and asked a young man with reddish hair if the Normal frames could have tinted lenses. He said yes but extra £30 and pointed to the sunglasses. I said I?d seen them but they were all too big. He shrugged his shoulders and said ?go somewhere else then?. I ?ve been with this shop since Karen started it decades ago. I left. Went to Dorchester Specsavers who gave me fabulous service. I?ll never set foot in that shop again. Shocking attitude which he was clearly comfortable with.
