I went into the branch yesterday and was greeted by a lovely lady called Maddie at the Front desk, who was friendly and so helpful. She went above and Beyond trying to sort out my issue I had with my phone.

This branch is soooooo slow. 2 tellers on. Noone out on the floor. Stood in what was only a small queue without moving an inch for over 10 mins this morning this has happened before. Almost always woeful service. Counter staff seemed friendly enough but very very slow all round. Gave up and walked out.

As Abbey National they were voted the worst bank in the UK for 10 years on the trot, Banco Santander were at the same time voted the worst bank in Spain for 20 years, so I wouldn't expect too much from them

I would leave no stars but that isn't possible. I visited this branch to try and reactivate my account only to be turned away the first time. I then visited a week later as it was impossible for me to visit due to my working hours. They did something good in reactivating my account but I was told that in 11 days I would receive a card I did not receive one at all. I then had to spend 45 minutes on the phone trying to get hold of my new card and answer all the same questions over again.

Rude and patronising. I should be grateful that the member of staff is not having lunch until 3 now and has moved her day around as I have walking in asking for help .... ? how dare I?! So rude.

Today my parents went to use the bank to pay in and get change the 2 girls at the desk were so rude my mother left in tears. They told her if she wants change go to the post office.... Even though they are a bank... They were rude m blunt unhelpful and curt. no customer service what so ever.

I visit the branch every week and find the staff polite and patient, whilst at the same time dealing with customers as quickly as possible. As a regular visitor, I am for the best part recognised and greeted in a friendly manner. My personal experience has been one of total satisfaction.
