More than 50% of pumps out of order kiosk it has been closed for months. Paper towel dispenser is always empty vacuum often out of order. Shall I go on

I thought they had learnt from previous bad comments that every glove dispenser was empty along with most of the paper towel dispenser. I haven't used the garage for some time because of these issues and thought they would have been corrected. When you have a diesel car, you need something to protect your hands when filling up. I won't be going there again.

With long hoses on all pumps, you can pay for your fuel at the pump.

Petrol prices are much more expensive than most, surely Sainsbury can compete with the buying power they have or is this a price fixing exercise, petrol is approximately 4p per litre in Hereford are we being exploited because we live at the seaside. Sainsbury should be better!

No gloves or towels on forecourt so hands stink of fuel and can pick up Covid from multiple people handling pumps. When asked was told people steal them so keep all inside shop. No notice to say as much but also don't want to be going inside with covid still around also defeats point of 'Pay at Pump'. A paper towel at very least meets to be provided outside as cannot see anyone pulling out single from a dispenser. Wake up and smell the roses Sainsburys!

No gloves or towels provided outside for handling pumps. Found out after that they do have them but don't put them out as they get stolen. Perhaps a sign saying as much would be helpful although, in todays climate of Covid, handling the pumps with some protection should be encouraged and going into the shop discouraged. Wake up Sainsburys and try being helpful. We certainly will not be back until we hear you are providing them and thereby doing your part to keep Covid at bay!
