I think the conversation I just had with the waiter fully sums up my experience:
?Did you enjoy your food??
?Yeah, the pasta was a bit overcooked and the truffle fries didn?t have much truffle in them?
?Oh, poor choice?
Yeah, poor choice of a restaurant that?s for sure.

Service was terrible as they?re very understaffed, food was cold and mediocre, front of house couldn?t do his job properly as he was taking the weight of waiting. Very disappointing for a prezzo.

The food was very good, not too much. The prices are a bit high (for Central Europeans). The staff was very nice. The serving time was right, the drinks could have come a little earlier. The location at the harbor is chic. We were conflicted about the ambience. Personally, I found it a bit reverberant, especially due to the light floor tiles and the otherwise clear room layout.

Food was pretty good service was pretty good. The limes in bottles are what sold me. Amazing decor. The calamari was by far the best thing we ate and some of the best calimari I've ever got my lips around. Succulent and tasty quid tenticles in crispy but soft batter

The restaurant was half empty and I had to wait 20 before I ran out of patience and left, no one was taking orders, awful service

We pre booked a table, but from the minute we walked in the restaurant there seemed to be no real focus on customer service as we waited to be seated for quite a while as the staff failed to acknowledge we were there.
Once seated things didn't improve with a half hour wait before anyone took an order, then our food came out before our drinks and we had to call a waiter back to get cutlery before we could eat.
The restaurant just seemed really unorganized and the staff seemed disinterested and appeared to do the bear minimum. We had to request things a couple of times before they actually turned up. The saving grace of our visit was that the food was actually really nice but not enough to really recommend going here.
