Horribly understaffed hotel. Room smelled musty and I don?t think the aircon was working. Staff were lovely and were very helpful but looked absolutely exhausted and were running around trying to keep on top of things. Tried twice to go to the restaurant in the evening but both times was told they simply couldn?t cope with the 6 or 7 tables they had in (far less than half the restaurant capacity) because they only had one chef and one FOH. The hotel manager seemed to be doing laps of running the hotel and helping the restaurant stay on top of things. Premier Inn really have let their staff down here.
On top of this the free wifi is completely unusable for even basic internet use and the ?Ultimate wifi? is 8mbps which is just hilariously bad given how much they want to charge. A complete scam.
Rooms: Smelled musty but was otherwise clean
Food and drinks: Difficult to get a seat in the restaurant due to lack of staff
Noteworthy details: Stay somewhere else, hotel is so badly understaffed they?re already struggling to cope.

Very clean.friendly staff easy to get to great location for business. restaurant had a very good great selection of food. Service with a smile. Katie the waitress couldn't do enough for you food was great. I think
They could do with more staff as they seemed to be rushed of there feet.

The smell inside the building is strong and very dirty so was forced to leave at once.

Easy to find Premier Inn. Usual clean and tidy rooms. Staff pleasant and efficient. Former Beefeater restaurant situated across car park. McDonald's just down road for those who don't want to stump a lot of money for breakfast.

Rooms were clean but need a scrub as in toilet and down plug holes. Staff are very stretched and too few meaning they work very hard and seem to try to do 2 or 3 jobs in one shift

Eren on reception was very helpfull when checking in and is very knowledgable about Weymouth.
Room was clean and had everything we needed.
Breakfast was nice in the morning and was greeted by Katie and Tom where nothing was too much trouble. Poached eggs were spot on- thanks Tom!
The restauraunt itself is very dated.
Would definately stay again.
Thank you

The staff in the hotel and at the beefeater were amazing(Tamara, Erin, Becki, Harriet and Spencer) on the Saturday evening. Great breakfast before a day of sailing.
Will use both again.
Thank you for a great stay.
Rooms: Clean and well equipped.

Went to the restaurant for food. Asked if we were guests, explained we weren't but would like to order food. Big sign saying restaurant welcome. Informed that we couldn't be served and that the restaurant is no longer open to the public. The girl was lovely, the manager didn't seem to engage or entertain our request. Disappointed at the misleading signs and lack of information.

Rooms are getting a bit tired now. Beds nice and clean but the fittings in the bathroom are getting tired
Nearby activities: The Breakfast in the pup over the road is getting very tired
Safety: Ok.
Food and drinks: The pup is getting past its best.
I think it should be sorted out some new decor.

Bedroom: I turned up and the room was spotless and clean but the air-conditioning automatically turn to hot and not stays cold so in a room with no cold air and windows cant be opened
Restaurant: I was placed on my table really quickly as it wasn't busy but the food came out 45 mins after ordering the food to arrive and there only one chef in the kitchen food would come out quicker if there was two people working in the kitchen wasn't fully satisfied and was charged and staff didn't explain so well

Good location with loads of shops around. Room was ok, needed to be repainted but was ok.

Rooms are tired and outdated. I had everything from holes, damage walls and ceiling, toe clippings, noisy Aircon, mould on the windows, dirty bathroom vent, bug nest in the ceiling, etc. Don't take the breakfast option if you in rush. It's not self-help, you have to place an order. However, the location was perfect for me. Specially if you would like to travel in different direction and free parking. Arrived at the restaurant only to be told that I need an reservation. Made one for an hour after I arrived...well, while I was waiting......there was ONLY 4 tables taken. Plenty of spaces left. Sat down for my dinner and an hour later....6 places taken. Food is average. As always the staff is and doing their best to keep everyone happy. This is not at all any of their doing. However, the house keeping is

Usual standard, cheaper than the other Premier Inn which is near the beach. Restaurant is undergoing redecoration but food selection is unaffected. Free car park. Retail park and supermarket within short walk. About 1 mile from town centre.

This review takes into account the room and breakfast. I was sceptical of the hotel after reading some reviews, however I was surprised. The rooms were clean, spacious and the bathroom far larger than I expected. Friendly staff on reception, able to answer any questions without hesitation. Breakfast certainly wasn?t up to scratch. Sausages were the standout, Cumberland variety. Both types of eggs were cold, scrabbled eggs watery. Bacon was so salty it was inedible. Beans and mushrooms were lukewarm. Black pudding was a decent thickness but a very cheap quality one. I would avoid paying the extra for the breakfast, save your money and visit one of the local cafes for a breakfast for the same price. Rooms are value for money for what we paid at time of booking.
Rooms: Clean and tidy, the odd few marks that a paint brush would easily sort.
Safety: Main door locked via card access, no access to rooms without a valid card.
Food and drinks: Food and drinks available at the restaurant just a 40 yard walk across the car park.
