“Staff are always friendly and helpful.. However I went in today and there must have been 12 - 15 people crammed in to a tiny shop, some coughing their heads off. Of 3 customers in front of me, 2 needed lengthy advice...When a lady came in saying she had Covid & a very big chap tried to enter bunching up an already overcrowded shop, I left, even though I was next to be served. There must be a more sensible method. People attend a chemist when they are sick...spreading further illness by allowing overcrowding is ridiculous, why can't we have a number, like on deli counters & wait in the car. Just hope nobody was brewing Noro virus, or we'll all have it.”

“Recently started using this pharmacy and I'm very happy with the service. I asked if it would be possible to have my tablets cut in half and for them to be put in a twist cap/top as the bottles they come in are very awkward to open. I also lose a lot of the tablet as it can crumble when cutting. (I have to halve the tablet to take a lower dose). My first order arrived today and I'm pleased to say my request was fulfilled. Very impressed, keep up the good work Well Pharmacy, oh and thank you! *****”

“Quick and polite. For disabled the entrance is flat but door is not electric and quite heavy.But once inside u could get smallish scooter/ small or medium wheelchair inside easy.2 full size disabled parking bays in big carpark right nearby. Visited bout 12.30 Tuesday.”

This pharmacy is by far the most professional, efficient and friendly one I have found. This morning they helped me when I was left in a jam and needed an emergency supply of medication for myself. This was handled with a smile, empathy and nothing is too much trouble. In addition to everything else, they always pick up the phone!! This is unheard of anywhere else. Just wish it was open at the weekend.Since this date I have been back and was shocked at one member of staff who tried staring me down so she didn't have to order in some medication. I don't have the luxury of a car so unfortunately I can't go to another pharmacy but if i could this long grey/brown haired 55yr old woman staff member would of been enough to send me there. “The lady pharmacist is so kind she has sorted my husbands medication she's nice on the phone. Can you imagine how many people have loads of meds, be patient it's not the chemist that is causing problems they have to get the scripts from the surgery and also wait for meds to be delivered”

“The lovely lady at this pharmacy went above and beyond to make sure my 3 month old son got his prescription formula even though we normally get it elsewhere (my usual pharmacy didn't have it in stock and my son would have run out before they could get it in). I was willing to pay for the formula out of desperation but she guided me through the process to get my drs to change the nominated pharmacy to enable her to give me the formula. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!”
