Amazing experience not a single stress in the world when buying a hamster all the bits handed straight to me and the little guy is extremely happy in his cage loving life , I belive it was Richard who helped us with it all so pat on the back for everything there as it has made such a positive impact on both the experience in the shop and now at home . 6 stars

Superb customer service from Ged today. Came into store to purchase a budgie cage, was shown where to locate the cage and given information from Ged and advised to look at the app for further details on budgie care. Ged was really helpful, personable and kind enough to assemble the cage in store for use before collecting the budgies from wincanton making them easy to trasport. Thank you Ged .. Fantastic customer service!
