Staff in the weymouth branch are professional and always helpful. They spend as much time with you as you need. On the few occasions I've had to return an item due to breakage, they have never quibbled anything and always happy to exchange. Can't fault this store!

Lauryn at the Weymouth store was amazing! Such a passionate advocate for the brand. Not only did I leave with the perfect bracelet, I also left with a beautiful charm and knowledge of how to keep everything perfect. I really think I would have walked out empty handed had it not been for Lauryn. Thank you lovely!! X

A friendly member of staff helped me and my friend select some things for our girlfriends.She was very helpful and understanding of us not knowing much about jewellery.Recept said her name was Ellen, so thank you very much.I am sure my girlfriend will be very happy with these lovely charms and bracelet.

Very disappointed! Me and my girlfriend went in to look at some rings , we found one we liked and waited next to some customers who were being served- once being served the lady at the till looked at us and walked over to other customers on the other side of the room and didn?t even ask if we needed help after trying to get their attention- this happened for around 15 minutes with each staff member ignoring us- other Pandora shop staff have always been attentive to all their customers and we have never been ignored. finally waited next to some customers who were just about to pay when the lady at the till rudely said can you give these customers some space while they pay- not even a please or thankyou - when we weren?t even bothered by them as we were looking at charms. Finally gave up and walked out upset and offended :( wont be visiting again as felt very disrespected

Phoned up for a charm Amy called is back after going thru delivery to say they had one and put back for us. Went down to collect very nice lady served me Jazmine I think her name was it nice to have staff that enjoy their job and it shows by how they treat there customers.Many Thanks
