Returns with QR now made very complicated to put you off returning and even going through this proces I haven't got refund for goods returned to the Weymouth store!I returned something a few weeks ago, the staff - 2 older ladies at Weymouth store were rude, about me not knowing about the 'new system'. Yes you need to have some complicated QR codes even when you return to the store.Now I have returned goods to the same store a week ago and had the QR code, which was a pain to get, as it's really hard to find how to do it all on their website.When I brought it back, there was the same lady as last time, this time I was told off for not having the items I return in a large plastic sealed bag. To clarify, each of the returned items was neatly folded and in it's original, labelled plastic bag. She said, they're sending it back and it should be all packed in 1 large, sealed bag!! I was not provided this bag in my order, nor this was said as required for store returns in their delivery note.All absolutely ridiculous, you can't return anything, even after going through this awfull process and putting up with rude staff, there's no refund for returned goods.Getting hold of customer service is impossible, they simply don't reply!

Dreadful experience with on line order.I ordered a bag that got lost after being dispatched and never arrived in the store for collection . 3 weeks later and after going in to the store, sending emails and hanging on the phone for 15 minutes with no one answering it I have no idea what to do next. It may not be a lot of money but if they are so busy that no one will deal with this type of query then you need more staff and to become more efficient.
