Fantastic old school gym.
Visited for a couple of days from Birmingham, and it was very welcoming, good bits of kit and had a good community feel.
When I return i can't wait to go again.
Definitely reccomend!!

Highly recommended. Staff is professional and very helpful, before i decided to join the gym I could have few free sessions to see if the gym is suitable for me, the equipment is a bit old but it?s a lot more efficient then the newish one. There is a big variety of different equipment which make your work easier!

A brilliant old school gym,where egos are left at the door. The staff were extremely helpful and polite. I would definitely recommend it whether your experiened or just starting out.

I wasn?t big on gyms before new body, new to the whole environment new body really made me feel comfortable, welcomed and supported. Staff are really friendly, always reaching to hep support your goals and explain how to use the equipment to people who have no idea. I 100% recommend this gym for everyone, it?s full of diversity and has a big homely feel to it. The equipment is really good too and members are really friendly, never had felt judged in this gym

Best gym in weymouth by far. Staff are friendly, approachable and supportive. They are on hand to help with advice, to spot or even give you a workout when you feel unprepared! There is such a nice community feel and a sense of non judgement amongst staff and members which really makes a difference.

Best gym I've ever been too. It's small an intimate, very good equipment especially if your into serious weight training. I love the weight loaded machines they you don't find in the common chain brand gyms. No need to be intimidated there are a range of ages, gender and size. Staff are very friendly Its busy at the weekend. Bad points, Music is alittle too loud, it's cold in there during winter, it's a little on the expensive side. Would be better if they had WiFi.
