Not happy with tk be honest feel need to make changes to my bank wont print of statements when desperate to get them explained situation no problem we send them 5 days time well hence I came in today to get them as its emergency change of bank I reckon do bot follow there customers in what they ask for especially when it effect your income

Just waited 7 mins on the Natwest helpline only to be cut off by the staff member once I finally got through - rubbish service.

Just had a phone call from a lady who works there. She tried pushing me to come into the bank and discuss my bank account. I politely told her I have moved away from that local area so she pushed me to go into my local NatWest. At the time I didn't know why she was calling me so I asked her why she was calling me so she explained everything in great detail. I politely told her this was my first day off in a week and that I don't have much free time on my hands to go in there because of my job and there wasn't much point in me going in because I was happy with what I already have and at that point I had realised she had hung up on me quite a while before I had finished what I had said. She was very rude and had wasted my time I am not happy with this branch and that woman.
