Went in without an appointment to open a simple savings account. The young man who helped us was very polite and accommodating. Thank you for taking the time to help us. What a credit to your establishment. Would recommend

Have been with nationwide for some years now and they have never let me down they really do stuff old style service I had a problem with Spotify I did the free trial but dident like it so tried to cancel b4 the month was up.but they make it so hard and complicated unless your a computer wizz I'm not so went in to weymouth branch told a very nice young man my problem and he said I would have to do something that I didn't understand I a blimey hear we go the he said if you don't mind me looking at your phone I might be able to do something I told him I forgot my log in details with that he took my phone did button pressing gave it back to me and said that's it all cancelled wow I said that's impressive thank you so much I know I would never get this fantastic service anywhere else it's becouse they don't have greedy shareholders it's owned by the mem. Bers outstanding job thanks folks paul jewell.

We just want to share how impressed we were with the service we received this week in Nationwide, Weymouth. We needed to open a joint account and were looked after extremely well by Rob. He was super efficient, attentive, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended. Really refreshing to have such a great experience, with decisive action and answers to our questions.
