Just wanted to give feedback back regarding Nathan at the Weymouth branch. He was absolutely brilliant with helping myself and my husband invest into new ISA’s on the day. He also reinvested our existing ISA’s coming to an end a week later. He also went to the trouble of contacting me to let me know all had been done....

Been with Weymouth branch since 1992 and they have always been helpful and to this day they provide a great service for anything that I needed to know!

Top quality lady who changed my savings and ISA books, to card accounts in November and December respectively. I had to wait as staff were busy dealing with customers. I was happy to wait as it is a lengthy process to change the books over. Overall the staff are highly professional and caring.
