I was stood waiting absolutely ages in the customer service desk
The person on the desk had no idea what he was doing or where anything was
He had even ignored all the orders coming in to be collected by delivery drivers
A few people asked him questions and he just said don't know come back another day

Good supermarket, big selection. We use the cafe which was brilliant, good food, good prices and during the kids half term child ate for free with a paying adult meal. We returned to the cafe many of times

Lady working at brew coffee station friendly &helpful. Had query at self serve checkout the man was grumpy &abrupt. Obviously did not want to be there.perhaps some staff training.

Delivery. Was booked for 5 to 6 pm. Was sent a text saying it was going to be 1.5 hours late at 6.30 pm. Not unusual for morrisons - they always have run a disappointing service. At 9 pm it's starting to take the mick. I also have two small kids I am trying to juggle around this delivery that might turn up at any time making life difficult.
Rang customer service to be told they don't know anything. Rang again nearer 22:30. We get told that they spoke to a manager who apparently does not have the means nor skips to contact his drivers. We asked if this man was a lone worker and why in 2025 they did not have equipment such as phones!? Customer service lady could not explain the managers response herself. Either we were getting fobbed off or the manager is a idiot. The manager did confirm that the delivery person went out with 5 deliveries eventhough they did not know anything more about the driver!?
22:30 pm we were genuinely worried that something had happened to the driver. The company appeared incompetent and the staff appeared at risk. We went to ring the phone number but it was now closed. Fearful and feeling the need for a urgent welfare check for this individual we had to put out a post on a local fb group to get info. A employee of the company messaged me and advised how to contact the night manager.
I rang the night manager who was able to confirm that his driver was safe around 23:30 pm. His driver who was in the background said to the manager in the background he actually came to our stop - did not have our shopping so left. His attitude sounded poor and he didn't care that we had been messed around. The manager also sounded like he didn't know what he was doing.
I don't even want this delivery anymore. So I will be ringing up and cancelling. It's been a upsetting night believing the driver might be hurt somewhere. Really triggering to a person whose had to deal with traumatic deaths. I am truly disgusted by morrisons and can say without any doubt I would never shop with them again

what's happened to morrisons cafe breakfast was horrible
two pieces of tiny bacon not full
slices sausage yuk egg burnt tomatoes cheap rubbish yuk fried bread yuk in fact waste of money never use morrisons again

Needs better management. Outside bins overflowing and toilets smell. Cafe always seems understaffed and the staff seem stressed.
