This was our second stay at Moonfleet Manor and it was as memorable as the first. Very comfortable rooms, fantastic facilities and wonderful staff. The games room is unbeatable, our children very much enjoyed the refurbished games room and made some lovely friends, we will definitely return!!

I realise ?luxury? is in the name, but, truly, this place delivers. Though we stayed in the newer wing (worth the small extra), our room was exceptional: stunning, unobstructed coastal views, scorching, high pressure shower, beautiful finishes on everything you touch, wonderful bed? and that?s just the rooms. The hotel itself is a joy, brimming with attentive, keen staff, beautifully prepared food with plenty of options for spoiled kids and their parents, perfect cocktails when they?re asleep? Between the included two hour crèche (a god send), the 5:30 milk and cookies with the 6pm popcorn and movie, the routine here is indulgent. Not cheap but for us, worth every penny.

Wonderful 3 nights away. The staff go over and above for the children, and the volume of activities available means there is always something to do. We had a fantastic time. Highly recommend.

Service is a mixed bag. Between 5 and 1 star depending on the person. Bar and Restaurant 5 star and reception anything but helpful and friendly. shame.
Summer flies are an issue not only in the food and drinks area but also in the bedroom and bathroom.
Room was extremely hot on arrival. AC unit sitting there off. Could and in my opinion should have been switched on (like is was in Fowey Hall sister hotel). Unpacking with two kids in a sauna like room was less than a good start.
We went for a long walk but there was no cartons of water available at reception. Glass bottle or trip to town was the solution. For these prices I expect more.
This hotel was probably once a gem but is in serious need of reinvestment.

I really enjoy staying at this hotel, which I have done many times. Also it was the only place that I stayed during my walk of the whole SWCP ( that is 60+ hotels) that offered a laundry service, very handy for walkers! Really helpful friendly staff that I cannot thank enough - BUT the thing that lets this hotel down badly is the quality of the food, a luxury 5 star hotel but with 2 star pub level food. The evening meals really were a striking contrast to everything else about the hotel. As a result I think the prices are way over the top.

Beautiful views from high end rooms. Feels like soho house but more relaxed and family friendly. The food in the restaurant is excellent. Lots to do for all and close to nature. - also who knew Weymouth was such a cute town?

Lovely coastal hotel, with stunning views, and lots of history. It's been some years since I last visited but I'm happy I did! Staff here are lovely, very friendly and professional, the interior has been modernised but in a very tastefully done way, still respecting the manors historical side and as always the location is brilliant right on the fleet.
This time we just stopped for coffee (which was excellent) on our coastal walk. For me personally I think it's the garden which is the highlight of the hotel, there is something special about sitting in the garden relaxing, with fresh sea air.
We will have to visit again very soon!

We stayed for a long weekend at the hotel and enjoyed every minute of our stay, they upgraded us to a much better room, provided a bed to our dog and some treats.
The swimming pool is great, the facilities to wash the dogs is awesome. Great breakfast with plenty of options. Nice kids clubs and 2 hours complementary daily.
Lovely views from the hotel.
We will be back soon! Thank you so much Tracey and Wendy! you clearly deserved a nice pay rise ! x

Great family break. Friendly and informal, yet still top quality. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending.
