10/10 shame there is only 5 stars I cannot thank Brian and Jenny at Money Matters enough for all their help and support with my pension. I went into their office struggling to understand the complicated paperwork sent to me. Brian immediately read the paperwork and understood what was needed. Nothing was too much trouble, and they made a complicated subject easily understandable and guided me seamlessly through the maze of pension options. Brian?s technical expertise and knowledge was excellent and Jenny?s customer service and problem solving was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble for Jenny and Brian and they went to great lengths to make sure that I was happy with the outcome. If you would like pension advice I would highly recommend Money Matters their friendly office in Weymouth anytime.

DONT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A RIPOFF AND UNTRUSTWORTHY AND WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!! AND WE ARE NOT THE ONLY ONES HES RIPPING OFF!!!!! BE AWARE!!!!We put our trust into this company only to be charged for their mistakes!!!My parents decided to do Power of Attorney and we decided to go to Brian, and we regret this so much!When singing the papers [which I may add that they were signed in front of Brian] the PROFESSIONAL lol ? complete joke! That he should of known that you can?t have family as witnesses! Now he has charged my parents another £164 for his mistake and has tried to blame us as we should of know this! That?s why he?s meant to be the PROFESSIONAL and I?m not! We went on all his advice!Today my mother and I went to pick up the other papers that were meant to be ready on Friday to be collected, as we couldn?t make it we went this morning, to be told they had LOST the paperwork for my parents!!!!!!! Then I asked for a refund and Brian started to talk to me very disrespectfully. Then the Bulldog of a woman came downstairs stairs and asked me if I could read!!!! How belittling and rude!!! So as you can imagine I was angry and not impressed at all!!!PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY, ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND UNTRUSTWORTHY
